Enriching Lives with Minx Boren – A Conversation About the Essentiality of Deep Connection
Recognizing the restorative power of art and nature on behalf of our well-being, Minx Boren, a master certified coach and author of Healing Is a Journey and Friendship Is a Journey, will partner with the Ann Norton Sculpture Gardens to deliver three one-hour sessions via Zoom Video Webinar as an opportunity to experience conversation and connectivity through a virtual platform. Space for each session is limited and advance reservations are required. To reserve your place, please call 832-5328 or email mhorgan@ansg.org

Each session is complimentary and starts promptly at 11 a.m.

  • Wednesday, April 29 — Enriching Lives: The Art and Practices of Healing

“These sessions are designed to inspire meaningful conversation and deep engagement among participants about what gives life to life – what awakens our creativity and passion, our dreams and resourcefulness and our will and willingness to do the next right thing,” said Coach Minx. “Finding sanctuary through nature and in community during these challenging times is so critical for each of us. While we may not be able to visit Ann Norton’s beautiful gardens and art in person, these sessions are designed to reflect her mission of enriching lives with nature, art and history.”

Minx Boren MCC is a master certified coach, credentialed through the International Coach Federation. Coach Minx is also a writer, poet, motivational speaker, and workshop facilitator. Her second Blue Mountain book, Friendship Is a Journey – a celebration of true connection and deep caring, was released in the spring of 2016. Coaching is a process of inquiry and Minx’s favorite question, from a poem by Mary Oliver, is “Tell me what is it you plan to do with your one wild and precious life?” Coaching is also action oriented and so her focus is on not only what it means to live a joyful, meaningful, and fulfilling life but also what it takes to do.

Minx is a Past President of Executive Women of the Palm Beaches 2013/2014.
